The hotel has some clean and modern rooms, which made our short stay a bit comfortable, especially with kids. The nearby waterpark and shopping options are great for families. However, the noise from a nearby BBQ area was a major downside, making it hard to enjoy the peaceful environment we expected. Overall, this place is quite basic, and I'm not sure I'd choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at the resort, especially for our annual Countdown celebration. The spacious Rainforest Family room was perfect for our family of five, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the Beach Cove. However, the internet connection in the room could use improvement. Overall, it was great value for a family stay, and the quick check-in process added to our enjoyment.
